2. You have too many tabs open on your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) which also uses a lot of your internet connection so closing most of your tabs should help load the video much better.

3. You have a lot of apps open on your laptop like browser, email app, messages apps so closing those could also help with a better viewing experience.
